Coffee was fresh and service was little poor. They probably need more people.

There?s a sign that clearly says OPEN 24 hrs? on my way to work at 11pm (Nurse) I was ignored at the window and when I went around, the guy inside said it was closed. This has happened 3 times already. If it?s CLOSED why is someone inside and if he?sinside, why can?t I get what I want?

She served me coffee with the lid improperly secured, and I ended up with scalding hot water all over my hand and arm. I won't be coming back.

I don't know who's responsible for the beverages, but they are terrible. I paid $9 for a disgusting iced coffee through DoorDash, and I only got a refund of $1? That's unacceptable!

I often have issues with my orders at this restaurant. They frequently forget items, and the overall service feels careless. Additionally, the staff members are not very friendly.
