Salad that I ordered was delicious. Great location. The indoor dining was charming, the place was very clean and neat. Not too crowded, the staff was very nice.

A MUST HAVE!! My daily lunch spot, which is quite popular, yet the crew/staff at this location always moves their lines expeditiously, greets you with a smile and will accommodate substitutions when needed. The manager Angie and cashier, Sally are so pleasant and always wishes you a great day upon departure. I am a Chicken Tinga, minus the chicken (substitute with jalapeños) and one scoop of warm grains versus the standard three. The staff chuckles and already knows my order before I say it. I?ve eaten at several Chopts, yet this is my favorite!!

This location is by far the most unprofessional and unsanitary Chop’t location I have ever dined at. 4 employees behind the counter 1 fulfilling orders, two having a great conversation while watching the other work and last but not least the employee who began spraying cleaning solution adjacent to salad topping.When I put my order in the employee was annoyed that I asked for my salad chopped which I felt was odd because that’s literally the concept of this restaurant. She began to pretend to chop my salad topped it off with more lettuce added ranch dressing (I asked for Caesar). A complete waste of $20, I really hope this location turns around because this is just sad at this point.

Missing ingredients in my salad. Avocados are black edible but still. Also one suggestion is to utilize the shelves for pick ups. It’s just not efficient to ask staff about order pickups.

Lemon Crush bowl is delicious! Warm grains with warm roasted chicken, feta, pickled red onion, crispy shallots, fresh radish, marinated kale. Dude forgot to put California Goddess on top of grains, he gave it to me on a side and he was really apologetic. I love Enzo Eureka Lemon oil!
