Bidra med feedbackA quiet oasis in an enlivened and touristy opposite. light spaces in the interior and exterior, surrounded by green plants in this gem of a restaurant near the thames and the st. thomas' hospitals. the hake was made exactly right, delicate with crispy skin, sitting on a bed of juicy fennel and thin cut fried kartoffels. the brot was absolutely fresh, with enough stretch and a good crust. the osterteppich was a pancake with tiny cubes orange peel and packed into a layer of marzipan covered by a marzipan ball. the hot water for the tee came hot enough to make two perfect tassen tee. all in all, an excellent culinary experience.
We have eaten twice in our 10-day trip to london. we loved it! fresh, tasty homemade bread and eat! the landscape is beautiful with the church of st. mary and the gardens surrounding the restaurant. try the suppe. it was the best suppe I had and we are supper people. so happy we tried this lil gem.
A very pretty caffe in a very pretty garden fabulous for beautiful sunny days and there is a enclosed glass wally opposite for if the weather is not so good. eating was amazing. I decided to be adventurous and I ordered this heart to be dead, I am an American, I don't think I ever had heart before. it was amazing that it was crushed in the art of the garlic butter that she on escargot, on a piece really beautiful full wheat toast with a very crispy crust. I was in the garlic butter. I followed him with a Rhubarb-Eclair, and I drank it with a Rhubarb-Kordel. I died and went to eat
A beautiful caffe in an excellent location. the inner is bright and airy, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. the food tasted great and came in good time. the only reason I knock a star is that I don't think that eating is worth the price. it tastes good, but I could have survived the teller twice!
The freshly baked cakes at this restaurant are delicious. Just a heads up, they serve unpasteurized green milk as a standard option.
