Inferno Pizzeria - City of Cohoes

If they aren't closed due to lack of staff, they aren't properly cleaning their establishment! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered from this place tonight it's my birthday an hour and 40 minutes goes by as I repeatedly call over here to see where the pizzas are and I get told that the lady drops the pizzas off at my house after trying to call me which never happened who drops off takeout without getting the money for it. Now she has me sitting in my car waiting for this delivery driver to get back with proof of her dropping these pizzas off to me.

I am seriously considering never ordering from here again! I placed an order for just a pizza and a soda at 5:07, it arrived cold at 6:40, after calling twice and being reassured my food would be fresh. I understand things happen, but I shluld have either been told there was a delay in delivery times, or maybe recieved a call? Never had a problem before,but not happy with the customer service I recieved tonight, at all.

Pretty much huge let down from Inferno cohoes, antipasto salad consists of lots of iceberg lettuce, 2 small tomato chunks, 3 green pepper strips, huge handful of black olives, 6 cubes of cheese, ham and salami cut into bite size squares of deli slices, topped with a layer of pepperoni nice and neat. Please call Troy location for some tips, no sign of roasted peppers, cherry peppers, hot peppers or any of the usual “antipaste” pickled veggies, usually included also are a few garlic knots. The only positive was the lettuce was not soggy. Sorry guys, definite fail. :
