The service gets 5. they were muded and the waitress was fast and polite. good choice of beer and every beer we had was cold. the wings are ok. they were jumbo wings and baked. the size of the wings in our commands was something on the chewing side.

It was great place, a little low key, mildly priced bar that had great food. I wanted my daughter, who shares my love of wings with me, to experience some of the finest chicken wings out there. Since we live over 35 minutes away, I placed an order over the phone for 30 medium wings, blue cheese celery. When I returned home, opened the bag, then the lid of the aluminum container, we were disappointed to find the there was only a small amount of wing sauce on the 30 wings there wasn’t any celery. This was over a $50 order including the gratuity. We made do with the situation I didn’t want to appear that I was no very pleased with what we received , thus not wanting to call a bar to complain at 5:15pm. I figured I’d stop in the next day or two find out what, if anything can or could be done. I went back 2 days later remember, I’m nearly 40 minutes away), talked with the same waitress who took the order, retrieved the order for me explained what occurred, I even told her there were around 12 wings remaining at home. She told me, I should have called right away, that only then something could have been done there’s nothing that can be done regarding it. I asked 3 times, if she was sure about it she continued to say the same thing. Here’s what could have been done with a little tact , understanding, intellect, “ would you like a couple little cups of sauce since you still have some wings at home I will get some celery”,”let me talk to my boss”, “ can get you a couple free beers “. “ gift card?”. Any all would have kept me from writing this. I know the place has changed from 25 plus years ago but Good Customer Service never goes out of style.

THE BEST WINGS AROUND. You have to order (and pay for) blue cheese and celery, but the wings are phenomenal. Always fresh, never soggy like they've been sitting around. The ribs are great, too. Drink specials are usually available and overall you get a lot of bang for your buck. I went recently on a Sunday afternoon and even though it was crowded the service was good and the food came out quickly.

Good service. Mozzarella sticks seemed fresh made but the cheese wasn't melted. Tots were very crispy. Shrimp Poppers were fresh made and tasted great. Ordered 3 cheese pizza and the cheese wasn't melted under the top layer and it had too much sauce in some spots. Don't let the picture quality fool you. It wasn't good.Should've got the wings.

Honestly, I used to love the jug. Maybe I had new and exciting food options maybe their quality slouched but tonight was horrible. Service was EXCELLENT! super great she even checked in because I think she could tell the food was off. But I didn’t have the stomach to complain —The wings literally smelt like an electric microwave smell. It’s all I could taste as I was eating them. I’m fairly certain they were warmed up in a microwave before being dropped in the fryer for a flash fry.. my guess is this were old sitting out and served to us. The fries were the same burnt but hardly warm.I’d give it 0 stars but I can’t and the server deserves all the stars allocated in this review anyway.
