White Castle - Cincinnati

I recently visited a White Castle after a few years and was excited to try their Jalapeno slider. I called ahead to confirm they still had it, and was pleased to hear they did. The drive-thru service was fast and the staff were friendly. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the sandwiches were not as good as they used to be. I couldn't see any jalapenos on them, and the meat patties lacked flavor. Additionally, I didn't receive marinara sauce for my mozzarella cheese sticks, which made them dry. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and they were apologetic and offered to replace the items. Despite these disappointments, I did enjoy the strawberry shake and onion chips.

The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. However, there was a strong smell of burnt or old fryer grease inside the restaurant, but the dining area and bathroom were clean.

To be honest, I only visit this restaurant when I need to "clean out the pipes", if you catch my drift. I really enjoy the small chicken sandwiches they offer! The interior is consistently clean, and the staff is usually very friendly. Being polite goes a long way with the evening shift employees.
