Tom Chee - Cincinnati

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. The man at the register and the manager took extra care to ensure my mom had a wonderful birthday meal. We had a great time laughing with them. Thank you!

I have been a fan of Tom and Chee since their days as a stand on Fountain Square. However, my recent visit was a bit disappointing. This particular location seems to be very understaffed. The employees who are there are working hard, but the wait for a grilled cheese was almost fifteen minutes, which was not ideal. The food itself was tasty, but the location appeared a bit rundown and dirty, likely due to the staffing issues. I hope they can resolve their staffing problems because I do enjoy the food.

Excellent tomato soup and grilled sandwiches. A bit on the heavy side but their salads also look phenomenal. Quick and friendly service with very reasonable pricing. Worth stopping in for a quick bite!

Food is always good today I ordered curbside because I had a trailer hooked to my truck no place to park I blocked traffic for 10 min before I went in to get my food. The girl was sitting at the counter no way she would have seen me

The food was fantastic, but there were some mix-ups with the orders when they were served. Just watch out for mistakes with large orders.
