Hook Fish Chicken - Cincinnati

Erthang was amazing! We enjoyed the whiting fish, shrimp, party wings, chicken wings, fries, and chicken gizzards. Everything was delicious!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The girl behind the counter barely spoke to me and seemed more interested in flirting with a guy over a $2.25 chicken tender. Her attitude towards my child was disrespectful and argumentative. When I inquired about the issue, she pretended to be innocent. Additionally, her visibly dirty sports bra was unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff is very friendly. If you haven't tried the fried okra yet, you're definitely missing out on something special. I absolutely love it!

The food was absolutely delicious! The catfish nuggets are the best I've ever had, and the cod was fantastic as well. I really appreciate the kindness shown to me and to my DoorDash driver, Matthew. He was incredibly nice and got my order here quickly. It arrived hot and fresh. Thank you!

This was my first experience with a Philly Cheese Steak, and I must say it's quite tasty. However, I found it to have a bit too much bread, and it could benefit from a bit more meat, onions, and peppers in the filling. Overall, it has a great flavor and is a good value for the price. Also, just like their fish, the Chicken Gizzards are definitely better with lemon pepper.
