Firehouse Subs - Cincinnati

Ordered the Hook Ladder sub was very disappointed. It was not very good. And they charge 3.50 just for a 20 ounce pop. Would not reccomend this place. My bun was super soggy in a few spots. Just because I don apos;t like it doesn apos;t mean someone else wouldn apos;t like it. I thought it would be way better fhan it was with all the hype this place gets. Most likely will never eat here again

Missing most of the ingredients. No lettuce or tomatos on it.

Take out food was good as always fast service.I always have sandwiches that are not on the menu they are always nice about doing that.

Friendly helpful engaging staff. Quite clean and well maintained. Food was great. I enjoyed their meatball sub. Will be frequenting more often.

The gluten-free bread is by far the best option I've come across, and I'm really pleased that it's available. However, it only comes in a small size, and like most gluten-free products, it's quite pricey. While I understand this is to be expected and I'm not really complaining about the cost, I was disappointed by the portion. I ended up with just a small piece of bread with only a very thin layer of meat. For $12, I was hoping for a bit more.
