Bidra med feedbackAnytime it's advertised on your site that one can call in orders, it should be available. It isn't. EVERY time I have called to check into this, the call was unanswered. Literally 6 different attempts, and no answer. My mother loves your food;that is the only reason why I go there now, as she is no longer ambulatory. Your food is good, often great. However, your customer service needs to improve. I no longer eat Captain D's because of that. Nor do I recommend your specific location to anyone. You still have my mother, though ?
I drive a semi truck, and went to this location , only to find the A$$HOLE owner only allows drive thru, so my money went elsewhere. Was going to get the seafood feast, bit went to a Chinese buffet instead. Very good buffet.
Rude drive thru associate I understand they don’t make a living wage busy hours can get frustrating, however if the company doesn’t train them then they will never grow as a person. She was so irritated she couldn’t even get the order correct. The building is falling to pieces the surrounding area looks like a bomb hit it.. the parking lot was so pit holes filled the intercom was so in need of repairs the whole place needs a whole makeover. Guess they didn’t apply for those PPE loans. Do better..
Only drive through open? Really? Order was not right. Food was missing and cold. Won't go back.
