Looks as if they were temporarily closed, but I shared our experience about 4-5 months ago when visiting cincinnati in the reds stage. we went to all the small restaurants there and finally decided on burgerfi and I must say that I am glad that we have managed it! Best chili cheeseries I have ever had, and the hot dog and burger were ridiculously good. also friendly staff made the whole experience great. hopefully you will be back soon.

Eating was great, but it was the staff that really was radiating. we had a group of nine with several children. our food plan fell through in another restaurant on the road. when we went the freedom way (with children who complained loudly about hunger) we decided to try burgerfi. a fast thinking employee (I think her name was lurking) offered to cut a chicken patchy into strips to make it look like tender. they loved it!
