Little Caesars Pizza - Cicero

Although I ordered online and arrived early, they couldn't start my pizza because they're high again. This is really unprofessional

This time was a better experience. It?s very small so it is crowded with ppl. But today service was good and they were on it. I?m not a fan of pepperoni but there?s for some reason I am.

Employees lack common sense and customer service. They?re rude to elderly customers and never load the portal. So if you order online to avoid waiting at the store you completely wasted your time. You will still have to wait once you get there. They also stack 2+ pizzas but make you wait for 1 . They don?t follow the first in first out method that would ensure customers receive hot and ready pizzas as they famously claim.

The pizza was good. but the customer service I received was good for the biggest part. cashier was just talking on the phone while I took my order.

This place is getting worse and worse. as fast as they are to load the food, they should be so fast to give the food! there are always 15-20 minutes waiting here. they do not meet standards there and they were not in years. I literally want my money back, but as there will be another waiting, why bother! They don't answer any phones there. Additionally, the brot is hard and it tastes old I'm pretty sure the teig has been sitting there for days.
