One Fat Bird

We shared a wonderful meal with wonderful dear friends visiting from Australia. So glad we decided to go out of our suburb and eat here. They had great live music, that was a great volume to still be able to hold conversation without yelling and straining to hear. We all had the steak special and all steaks were cooked as requested. The staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely go out of our way to go here again.

We had my mother's 100 birthday party at One Fat Bird. The service and food were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Hats off to all the team. They made our afternoon a great success. Many thanks Doug Riley

Its been a while since we visited One Fat Bird and the menu has changed since our last visit and now has a smaller range of meals to choose from. We started with the German Pretzel which we shared and enjoyed, an interesting and novel starter. I had the steak sandwich and was very happy, plenty of steak and other fillings and good value for money, my wife had the Vegan burger which was $29, the most expensive Vegan burger we have seen, while it tasted fine it appeared to be a processed manufactured pattie, the rest of the filling was fine but we felt the price of the burger was not justified in the product, a price of 24 would be more realistic. The service was friendly , efficient and prompt and the live music was very good, a very talented musician who I would quite happily sit and listen to. Overall a very good night but just not good value for money on the vegan burger.

Had dinner on burger Monday.. great choice on that one. Delicious burger and the fries were very very tasty. Well done on the meal. Great price and friendly staff… perfect night.

Reasonable food and drinks menu, although lacking Vegetarian options (choice of a burger or a salad). Friendly staff and clean tidy facilities. If dining in, it can be loud with live music on a Friday night. It was appreciated that the eating area was well seperated off from the bar area.
