If the owners took the issue of drafty seating into consideration, they could potentially see a significant boost in profits. The venue has two sliding doors, and unfortunately, there are only two spots that can accommodate more than two people without being affected by cold drafts every time someone enters or exits. To make matters worse, many patrons don't close the doors properly, causing heat to escape. This is not ideal for anyone concerned about the environment or wanting to stay warm. A $100 fix and a few springs could easily remedy the situation, along with some creative seating arrangements. On the positive side, the menu selection is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food quality ranges from above average to delicious. This place has great potential to be bustling with customers; it just needs to address the issues mentioned.

I ran out of my entertainment book vouchers for this place, and I’m so disappointed! This is hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The huevos rancheros were amazing! The food and coffee were both fantastic, and I will definitely be returning next week.

The service and staff were fantastic. The food was delicious and well enjoyed. I do have one suggestion: it would be great to have an alternative to hash browns for the eggs benedict. I'm used to having it with a muffin or some kind of bread base, and I must admit that I'm not a fan of hash browns. Overall, I give top marks for incorporating some 'te reo' on your menu board—'Ka pai'!

Went here for brunch on Sunday before I went shopping. Ordered the eggs benedict but as I didn't read the description I didn't know about the hash browns rather than muffins or toast. Wasn't too bad but wasn't amazing either.

Love this place !, milkshakes are delicious and the build a breakfast is a wonderful idea . I regularly visit mint each week with my partner and our son and it always leaves us happy and full . Friendly staff , cabinet food and a menu that's sure to satisfy everybody one way or the other what more could you ask for !. Be sure to get in quick as it can fill up quickly especially with the warehouse and airport so close.
