Romano's Macaroni Grill Otay Ranch

The food was fantastic, but the service was quite poor. This is the first time I've experienced this, and I really hope it's just a one-time occurrence.

The staff was fantastic, and the food and atmosphere were wonderful. However, it took quite a long time for our meals to arrive. While the waitress did apologize, the delay was noticeably lengthy. Despite this, everything else was great.

The cuisine was delicious, and the bread with oil and pepper was excellent. The drinks were also good. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was outstanding, and I had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place!

Food was delicious just not really hot but hot cold kind of semi warm but they where pretty busy because of Valentine’s Day

Got Resevarion 7pm did not set on the table till 7:45 pm got our food at 9pm really bad service
