Papa John's Pizza - Chula Vista

This place wasent bad before but now... i mean what kind of medium pizza is this? A crust pizza?

Disappointed ?? the pizza was over cooked almost burnt

I just had my pizza delivered, and it was not a good experience. Not only was the pizza burnt, but they also forgot the extra mushrooms and the garlic sauce I ordered. When I called back to address the issue, the person on the line tried to get their manager but ended up hanging up on me instead. I'm requesting a refund because this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

The person at the counter seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't offer anything at all—not even crushed pepper or parmesan cheese, and not even a single napkin. They never came back, either.

The dough is always fresh and perfectly cooked, and the ingredients are always fresh as well.
