Bidra med feedbackSt. Pierre's is my favorite place to buy sushi from. Working in the mall, I always choose St. Pierre's over Sushi Time. The sushi is fresh, filled with quality ingredients, and has a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Recently, St. Pierre's has added options like brown rice, discounts for using a reusable container, and a small loyalty card. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate your preferences, even making a separate sushi pack if your favorite is sold out.
The sushi was expertly crafted with generous fillings, and came with plenty of wasabi and a large pot of soy sauce (although the soy sauce is quite salty, so keep that in mind). I tried the bento bowls for the first time and was completely satisfied. The portion sizes were large and definitely filling. The chicken curry katsu bowl had tender, crispy chicken drenched in a delicious Japanese curry sauce. The unagi bowl was topped with plenty of toppings and a generous serving of beautifully grilled unagi.
This restaurant has been serving fresh and flavorful sushi in the local mall since 1993. While their sushi is good, it doesn't quite reach the level of the nearby Sushi Time. They recently introduced options like gluten-free and brown rice (for an additional 50 cents), which have been long overdue. Overall, the sushi here is good but not exceptional.
We were in between lunch and dinner but were a little hungry, so we snacked on some sushi here to tide us over. Fresh sushi. Generous portions. Service was fast.
Pretty darn good place, have eaten at both the sushi and bento bowl counters and they 're both good. Today had a bento bowl with Japanese curry. Was pretty good, especially since generally I 'm not a fan of chicken. 'Combo ' addition to the meal was not spectacular, a tiny coke bottle for $3 extra. But hey, it is what it is. Would definitely return. (no combo next time though.
