Lotus Garden - Chorley

Bland sauce, tasteless vegetables, chewy meat. A bang average take away at the very best. Not recommended

The Lotus Garden used to really good, but a few months ago I had chicken satay, the sauce was like dishwater and tastless. Then on Christmas Eve I had salt and pepper chicken, it had an overiding fishy smell and it was very chewy, disgusting and totally inedible. At first I thought they'd given me salt and pepper prawn, it ended up in the bin. Even the prawn crackers tasted really odd. I won't be going back. If I could rate with zero, I would have done.

I have used this take-away occasionally over a period of a few years. Recently it has gone downhill and tonight I had a really poor quality meal. Bland would be the most descriptive word... Do not think I'll be going back...

Absolutely awful. Special fried rice bland. No taste and burnt frozen chips! The waiting area in this takeaway is filthy! Also filthy magazine on counter from 2015! Take a look round next time you visit.

Had my first (and last) meal from here tonight special curry and salt and pepper chips,i am so disappointed at what i got the salt and pepper chips where absolute rubbish like cheap frozen rubbish and the not so special curry was tasteless, on the plus side service was quick but i will not be returning
