Sophisticated and excellent, the dishes are as beautiful as good and every bite we have enjoyed, from aperitif to dessert was a pleasure. Dressage is really nice, you taste with your eyes before opening your mouth! And the tasting is at the height of the visual, a real happiness! We don't expect to find such a good restaurant in this corner of Cholet. The kitchen is excellent with original and well-married flavours, impeccable and smiling service and warm atmosphere. We're doing great at the price too, thanks!

Well arranged dishes that reflect the quality of the products. Atypical associations marry very well and we find the taste of each ingredient in the mouth. The reception is very good, the service is fast. A nice surprise also with the possibility of having quality wine in glass, having the same rendered in the mouth and nose as a tasting. We'll be back.
