Bidra med feedbackExtremely disappointed with food today. We went with family for lunch but it was pathetic. The entire food serverd was not even warm and tasting like not fresh. On objection the staff took back all the dishes and kept us waiting for 25 mins to serve again. The property is such grand but getting misused by the poor service. Today I visited with my family for lunch it was very bad experience because food was not fresh and even it was not warm also..service was too slow.really it was very bad and pathetic experience. Food at the resort was bad, very limited choice, they were catering mostly to the vegetarians and north Indians, hardly any kerala authentic dishes, very appalling Vegetarian options: For north Indian tourists Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2
