Juice It Up! - Chino

I come here very often, and the girl that was there today was rude and had a bad attitude. She gave us our drinks and we realized one was supposed to be a large,had the ticket on the outside of the cup and I waited in line while she helped another customer once she was done I just said that the drink was supposed to be a large, she starts typing on the system and I tell her it has it on the paper on the cup I go to the other side to hand her the drink and she tosses the cup in the trash really ugly where her co worker even gave her a look. After she was done she gave me the drink very rude I still thanked her. But she clearly doesn't want to work there. I like the other girls that are usually there during the week.

My bowl was very pretty and devoured fast. Staff is very kind and place is very clean. Online order was ready at the time estimated.

8/15/2022.. my husband and daughter went in for a smoothie while I waited in the truck. When they came back they told me the lady in there was being mean and rude! Lucky I wasn’t in there to witness it and give her a piece of my mind. I would have gone to management. If she was a manager, than corporate or wherever else I needed to go. To make my point clear. BE NICE AND HAVE GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE OR STAY YOUR BUTT AT HOME!! It was a lady with brown hair and she was in there with at least two other people.. one of them being a skinny/thin male.We drove 10 miles because they were the closest that were still open.

Came here at 8:30 pm employees had closed the door and lights off …. google business hours say it’s open until 9 pm.
