Sushi King - Chico

I love Sushi King! I love to get the 55. Popcorn Chicken I really enjoy the texture. I love to get the 52. Gyoza (6) too and dip my chicken in the leftover sauce. I enjoy boba from every local place I've tried, but Sushi King is always my favorite. I like to get the 141. Taro Slush with honey boba. I used to get the almond milk tea or Thai tea with honey boba, or a fruity slush with popping boba, but ever since I tried the 141. Taro Slush years ago I can't help but order it every time! The others were soo good too but the taro is just my favorite. My partner is vegetarian and it's really awesome how there are so many options for them at Sushi King. They introduced me to the 41. Potato Roll (8) which I really enjoy, but they will often get the one that comes with avocado too or a sushi burrito. The 50. Egg Roll was really good too. Nice and crispy outside, soft inside! The 52. Gyoza (6) is really crispy and great texture. Everything tastes great and is packed nicely. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, we always suggest doing a boba run from Sushi King! There are so many flavors and options, everyone is always excited and enjoys it. Everyone we have ever interacted with who works at Sushi King has been awesome, friendly, kind, and accommodating. I usually have some leftover chicken and gyoza. I airfry the leftovers later and they're soo good, even crispier. Sushi King is definitely one of my favorites! Thanks, Sushi King!!

Gyoza was stale and old tasting. It might have been the oil they were fried in because the sushi rolls with tempora had a similar taste unfresh. Otherwise, the rolls were very warm and too...wet. They also had zero freshness to them. Miso soup had next to no tofu in it and was unimpressive as well. If I could imagine what gas station sushi tastes like this would be it very unappetizing. This will be my last time eating Sushi King's food.

My cream cheese roll was missing. The egg rolls were mushy and the pot stickers were soggy. The 38. Golden Cal Roll (8) was mushy and had no flavor at all and iadded spicy mayoon top and it had no flavor at all. Best thing about my order was the 103. Taro Milk Tea its very good.

They accidentally added double syrup to my mocha boba (I order this basically everyday and omg it was so good!!! Please make this an option on the menu for double syrup!! sushi king is superior over any boba place in town tbh, so good:

Always spectacular, super delicious for not a lot of money. best gyoza in town, and i haven't stopped ordering the soft shell crab burrito since i started going six months ago!
