Mcdonald's - Chico

I've had many mishaps from this location. While the food is decent for a general McDonalds location, I've either had missing items or poor service. Today is one of those examples of poor service. For context, I ordered 4 hot fudge sundaes along with sandwiches, fries, and a mocha frappe with no whip. They asked me to pull to the front for the mocha frappe, so I waited. First time around, they brought a mocha frappe with whip so I asked them to remove the whip. Because it had to go back in the queue and not be a simple removal of the whip, I had assumed this would only take a few minutes. After about 4 minutes later, I saw a worker walk by and asked if they can remind folks about the frappe incase they forgot. The worker was nice enough to go back in. After spending 15 minutes in the reserved drive thru and literally seeing many other drive thru customers pass through after me, I had to leave given our 4 sundaes were melting and I am an expecting mother nearing the end of pregnancy with a little one sleeping in the vehicle... It didn't make sense to wait any longer for a simple drink and waste more time and money on these folks. This location really needs to work on following up in reasonable time.

Busy as heck when we came through but still almost no wait time in drive thru. Staff was friendly,clean,and efficient. Food was fresh, hot, and accurate. Excellent job. ?????

I ordered two sausage biscuits with egg, but only one showed up on the screen. At the first window, I mentioned that I ordered two as part of the buy one, get the second for a dollar deal. The staff member told me that promotion has never been offered at this location and that only the sausage biscuit was eligible for that deal. I decided to proceed with just the regular sausage biscuit, but ended up being charged full price for both items. It’s frustrating that I paid over $16 for this experience!

My complaint isn't with the food or the service; rather, it's that they were out of Diet Coke. Who runs out of Diet Coke these days?
