Taco Bell - Chicago

Order on the app and at arrival they said my order was not finished yet. almost an hour waited and finally asked again (this time my mobile phone order from my phone) and the personal acted as if I bugged them, and told me that they had not received my order. I showed them that my bank card was charged, so the command must have gone exactly. when I asked what the personal should do, it wasn't her problem. total chaos in this.

I love the crunch wrap supreme, the quesadillas, and the cinnamon twist. There menu has a lot of choices to choose from. Easy to order and customize food, if you don't eat meat or dairy. The staff are nice and pleasant. the food is ready after a couple of minutes. They always do an excellent/clean job making the food great taste. Fast and efficient services. ignore negative reviews, One of the best taco bells around! I had good experience at this taco Bell and it was exceptional. this taco Bell is awesome when it comes to customer service and I was pleased with the food. I definitely come back again.

I love taco bell and hate that I live conveniently close to this awful location. They practice customer neglect not customer service. I finally got my mobile order after standing in the lobby being ignored for 25 minutes. Then I was quickly handed my food but not my drink. Another 5 minute wait to finally get an employee's attention and beg for my already-paid-for item.

I want a refund. For the third time my meal was ruined by this guy who pops up out of nowhere. Last time he blasted an electronic device and refused to turn it down. When I complained,they refused to do anything about it. They said he is their security. Really, if you don't want customers to eat in, then put up a sign saying take out only. I tried reporting to headquarters but they don't answer the phone. Discrimination, and a scourge in the community. Taking people's money and denying them a peaceful meal. Stop being a corporate leech.

Honestly this Taco Bell has never been properly staffed and I don't blame the staff at all for some of events that have occurred here.Not to mention there is never any late night security stopping them from being harassed by an army of drunk people every night. I hope this place gets shut down.
