Bidra med feedbackFirst, I love that they reservations for brunch, a rarity in Chicago, where most places force you to stand outside for 90 minutes waiting on a table. I loved the atmosphere: cool and spacious and gentle. Great music: Kim Sun, Timber Timbre, First Aid Kit, Sun Ra. The menu is full of vegan and vegetarian options, all clearly specified. All we ate was unique and tasteful: Uttapam, Poha, Fruit Salad and Cold Chai with oat milk, then a common order of French toast, made with Gajar Halva and Gulab Jamun Syrup. The service was excellent all around. I look forward to returning for future meals.
Excellent experience at Superkhana! The service was wonderful, ambiance was so fun, and food was really delicious. The chefs put creative spins on traditional Indian ingredients super fun concept. Can't wait to try more next time!
Wow. Wow. Wow. First off, the service here is just over the roof. We had the best time here and everyone was just so nice. I want to take my friends here every time they visit. They have water for my puppy : the food was unreal, so yummy and flavorful. Writing about this makes me crave it so bad.
Cute restaurant, very aesthetically pleasing. Wait was not long, service was okay— need more mature staff. The food was decent, and our favorite dishes were the Parle-G ice cream, poha, and utapum. The quality of food was mediocre, yet decently appetizing. Overall, it’s a good for a “one time experience”, but there could be some improvements.
An awesome spin on Indian food and modernizing it with an American twist. The Dosa Hash was very good. The hash had a hint of Indian flavor. The uttapam was good but a tad bit on the sour end. The Bombay sandwich was unique. The beets option was good and the toast had an awesome crunch. The tea had a strong cardamom flavor. The brunch menu was a bit limited. Also there is a 20% gratuity on every check (irrespective of the size of the group).
