Great food, friendly staff. Not overly stuffy or trying to be too trendy. Exactly what we were looking for in a diner.

My husbands family loves coming here. This is the second time I 've been here and it is a great atmosphere. I did not catch our waitress name but she was awesome! If you are a bread person then try the 'Sweet Summer Trio ' and you might want to share the sweetness with another. You can never go wrong with (my personal favorite) sweet potatoes fries!! Love it and you will enjoy it too.

Hi, I had an unfortunate experience of wait staff knocking over a bottle of hot sauce on my white shirt. While I know this was unintentional, it seemed to be disregarded, and the wait staff was completely avoidant for the remainder of the meal. I was hoping at least for some sort of apology, as it’s thanksgiving and now I’m walking to my family’s with a stained shirt. I’ll update the post if they reach out.

Warm, light and pleasing interior space. Lovely place for a quiet meal with friends or to linger by yourself and read. The staff are very friendly, food is good and large serving sizes, offering solid value for money. Quality espresso!

I've been coming to Nookies Too for over 30 years. It is still one of my favorite spots when I'm back in Chicago visiting. Many of the faces have changed, but the food is still delicious. I'll be back again soon.Kid-friendliness: A great place for kids and families.Parking: Street parking. Sometimes tough to find a spot.
