Mcdonald's - Chicago

Nasty ugly 500 lbs. employee woman today sitting on the toilet forever watching you tube on her personal phone at full volume with no headphones. So rude, I can’t have peace and quiet even in a bathroom.

This used to be our go-to McDonald’s for a late-night snack. I don’t know what changed, but now all we hear is “cash only, drinks only, or we’re closed.” …not sure how a 24h location closes. If we got these excuses 1 or 2 times, I’d understand. Lately, though, it seems like just about every time. I hope things change because it was a great and convenient location a year or so ago.

THIS IS THE PULL AROUND LINE! This is why I don’t come to this location anymore and any MCD really. Told to pull around after waiting in line to order for 10 minutes.. now I’m in another line waiting 10 more minutes. ITS SLOW. 3pm on a Thursday. 20 minutes for a burger and a coke. Won’t do this again. They need to axe the pull forward policy. It instantly ruins my experience every time and it’s always a small order. COME ON!

All of employees including the manager are nice and friendly and service there is an AAA+.

The drive thru made us wait more than 10 mins for 2 McRibs a large fries. This was what we received. McRibs on Quarter Pounder bread. They couldn't even let us know b4 hand. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
