All of employees including the manager are nice and friendly and service there is an AAA+.

The drive thru made us wait more than 10 mins for 2 McRibs a large fries. This was what we received. McRibs on Quarter Pounder bread. They couldn't even let us know b4 hand. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Asked for no cream in the milk shakes but every one of them had cream

I don't recommend the 3615 W. Irving Park McDonald's. My fries were totally cold. I asked for hot fries. I literally saw a lady dump my fries back in the hopper of fries and mix them in. They made me wait a few minutes, then they gave me semi-warm fries, but still more cold than hot. By the way: I was at the pick-up window when my order was placed in the window, so there's no reason for totally cold fries.

This used to be our favorite McDonald's for a late-night snack. I'm not sure what happened, but now we often hear, "cash only, drinks only, or we’re closed." It’s puzzling how a 24-hour location can just close. If we received these excuses once or twice, I could understand, but lately, it seems to happen almost every time we visit. I really hope things improve because this was a great and convenient spot about a year ago.
