Lucy's - Chicago

Menu doesn’t say chicken tenders it says 2 pc chicken also it doesn’t say all there chicken is spicy. I have kids that don’t like spicy food. Says corn bread and I got a biscuit. Just very unhappy with my meal. 1st and last time I go. Chicken sandwich and fries are good Mac and cheese is okayFood: 1/5

My son happened to take me to Lucy's he said it was a great place for a chicken sandwich, the young woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful what the young man that was assisting her, he made it seem like if we were bothering him because we ask for ice. We usually don't buy anything to drink like soda or anything when we go to restaurant, the girl did say there is water in cups, the water came out warm which was unexpected that's why we asked for ice...I don't know if he was having a bad day but you don't know if it's somebody's first time at your restaurant or establishment .So it's always good to be friendly and helpful to all customersWhether you feel like working or if you're having a bad day..

I thought the fried chicken pieces were really good, they were really crispy and tender. They weren't too spicy but the staff suggested I tried their special sauce with it, which on its own wasn't too spicy , but I felt together it took away from enjoying the actual taste of the food. They have premade margaritas that were not bad either.

They were so welcome. Hats off to Megan. When I say her customer service is amazing! Her patience and energy will keep the crowds coming. The food is fresh, and it is a short wait time as well. I only thing that I would like to see more of are drink options. Thank you for making my first time very welcoming.Food: 5/5
