Kfc - Chicago

One of the best kfc in chicago. kitchen and it area are always clean. that was always fresh when I left.

Great service! waited over 45min for a chicken sandwich and a famous bowl and still did not get my food! I wait outside and got a refund.

The prices are to high at this time, chicken was so bad looking,dry cold expensive, try to go somewhere else, no good food at all, we will never come back again

This is the only KFC that answer their phone when I called to inquire about the plant-based chicken nuggets. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and informed me that they had the nuggets. Upon arrival, the young lady at the window informed us of the wait time for the nuggets and she was very pleasant well. When the lady that brought us out our food, she remembered that we'd called. I appreciate the great customer service. I will be back for the nuggets!!!

Could of been better as a manager in steak and shake also worked in others never rush someones order they always rush people to order then they forget things. I would of went to a better one but i was pregnant and hungry
