Outstanding spot to eat at before a Cubs game, just make sure you get there early enough because the deep dish pizzas take a little while. Overall it was a great experience.

The general manager of this restaurant, was verbally abusive to us and our out of town guests.Threatened to call the police on us (a family with three kids under 9yrs old) as we simply asked if he could get us at least a thin pizza from our order, that we waited for 2hrs for.He caused a scene, in front of the children, while we all remained calm and tried to reason with him.By far, the worst display of customer service that I’ve ever seen.Several of his employees said to please leave a review and reach out to corporate. Apparently, this happens quite often with this particular “GM”.

I was in town for the P!nk concert and stopped in for pizza with friends. We had Maddie as our server and she was incredible, i swear she would make an unreal salesperson! Honestly she elevated our experience and got us all of our food in a pretty quick manner. I would come to this location for Maddie and her service alone. I dont think there is a better Giordanos quality of food wise either.

OMG! The pizza was amazing, I've had the stuffed deep dish...couldn't get enough of it. Ordered the sampler as well some of the best cheese sticks we have ever had!

Pizza was okay, nothing more. We came for the experience and to check the box. The pizza was nothing more than okay (we tried the deep dish special).
