Domino's Pizza - Chicago

Worse service. I use my redeem point in domino's website and I wait 1 hour 5 min I call the place. Where is my pizza the worker start to lies and speak in rude tone alot. First lies it's rain, its not rain that time . Second lies the app machine not working but they already made my pizza and pizza sit on shelve If app machine not working why my order go through and how did they know my order. Why pizza sit on shelf for 1 hour I talk to the manager and he told me for wait 30 min more for delivery. I told him I need my redeem point back and my money back. The manager told me that can't get my redeem back and he was laughing about it. It made me more mad. I didn't get my redeem point back. I never gonna order from this place it's the worse domain .

I would give this place zero star if I could, but google does not allow them! we ordered online for delivery and after an hour waiting for our order, I decided to check the pizza tracker and it told us that the pizza was skipped. we tried to get an update on our order, but couldn't reach anyone. they make the phone line seem like it's busy by not putting the phone back on the line or they ignore their phone calls. worst experience with these locations. do not order from here unless they want to wait for over 2 hours on pizza, which should go fast and cheap anywhere but here

Order them to eat at 11 o'clock the load is 5 min from my apto, the order as at 11,50 wich is a lie and called the load they hang up. previous order left this careless Asian guy my order at the door in the floor. outside where the people run. my turquoise button for years know, now I think his just do a Pitty job if they dont care and judjing of others I better skip them the store and find some customer service. I'll call in the leiche to hopefully be heard. when they find in my situation and live closely, the wingstop on broadway actually has a better boom than this on the top of the expensiveness, careless and slow work and management of this store. the tattoos are in clark. from here they have the LAZY FOLK

Order took over two hours. When I called for an update which was multiple times, they hung up on me twice

The worst pizza experience of my life. Order two two hours to get to me. Called store multiple times and they legitimately hung up on me twice. This store is awful
