Burger King - Chicago

I haven't had a whopper since the late 90's. My mom said this was a good BK a few years back. We decided to get a Whopper's for lunch today..5/31. Now granted the price for a whopper with cheese meal is like $11....but it was delicious just like I remembered! I hope this isn't one of the BK's that's closing because of filing bankruptcy.Our whoppers were flame broiled of course with cheese no ketchup. Mannnn it was a taste of nostalgia! The fries were hot, fresh and salted well but not too salty. They carry Strawberry Fanta too yayyyyy!!! It was just what I remembered eating as a child! This is a good BK!!! They were busy because people know!! The women's washroom was amazingly immaculate too!!! Great Customer service on the drive thru around 11:15ish today!She had a great attitude!! Keep it up BK on Irving Park!!!

Chill place. They got public bathrooms, food is always pretty quick and so far the customer service that I received was good. The staff is friendly, however that is the only positive aspect. The food is consistently disappointing at every location and every visit. Perhaps I should have known better by now. The problem seems to be that the food is bland and uninspiring. I continue to hold out hope for improvement, but nothing has impressed me so far. Rating: 2 out of 5 for the food.

Honestly, this restaurant is often my go-to when I am looking for a change from fast food chains like McDonald's or 7-Eleven. However, the food here is neither great nor terrible, just average. Unfortunately, the restaurant has regressed in terms of allowing its franchises to set their own hours, which means they may open late or close early without notice. This inconsistency in operating hours makes it difficult to rely on them being open when you want to visit. Unfortunately, even when they are open for breakfast, the service and food are mediocre. This morning, for example, they were still closed an hour after their posted opening time. This unreliable and inconsistent service is why I am giving this restaurant two stars. It is frustrating to not know if they will be open when you arrive, and it is unfair to customers to keep them waiting outside without any notice of when the restaurant will open.

I ordered 20 breakfast sandwiches for my group of friends one morning and the woman at the window was incredibly friendly and humorous. Even in the early morning, the staff deserves high praise. Service: 5/5
