Bidra med feedbackFood was great but staffing was just okay. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take us to a table so we went into the bar area. When someone noticed us walking in, they then said we could sit at a table. Our waiter was kind but wasn’t around. He served us a drink and then was mia. After 20 minutes we found him and had to ask for a menu to order food. Our food came out but we were missing silverware and plates and since the waiter wasn’t attentive, our food was cold. He did apologize and took one of the small bites off our tab. None the less, we won’t be back.
The food was average at best. The chicken dish I ordered wasn't edible because it had so much salt that it felt the chef accidently dropped the whole box in the brine. The shrimp cocktail and the pappardelle were decent. The service and ambience were good.
Due to the service the experience was ruined. Server didn’t check on us once other than to take the plates at the end of the meal.
Xmas,dinner,,5:00 pm. Out of filets. 6:00pm, out of porkchops, 5 desserts, out of 3 of them.WHAT IS WRONG HERE. WILL NOT GO BACK, I DONT CARE IF FOOD WAS,GOOD, EVERYTHING WAS IRRITATING FOR A HOLIDAY . WALDORF ASTORIA,HA, OWNED,BY MARRIOT
Brunch was so so. Lobster claw on top of scrambled egg on top of toast was nothing to brag about I had to ask for extra hollandaise sauce.
