Pizzeria Il Sole - Chiaverano

Waited for 45 minutes, then got cold fried seafood, and the taste was terrible.. And the waiters waited till after we ate to ask how it tasted.. Like it would matter anymore!

This place was recommended by the B&B we stayed at for cheap meals. Expected more for the price we paid. Menu was really just pizza though they said they offered more, but when you asked you couldn't get most of what was on the menu. We settled for ravioli, and it was a sparse plate with maybe 10 small ravioli on it. Most people had pizza but many were leaving the crust behind.

I had dinner there with some friends on a hot summer night and the location is very nice. We sat outside and while we waited my children played in a small playground right next to the outdoor sea rings, which was very nice. Sadly, the pizza was not very good. I tried a couple of different ones and I thought they were soggy and not very flavorful. Service was efficient, so I would recommend this place for the location, but not for the pizza.
