Used the mobile app to pick up my food. Food wasn't ready. The employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me till he was done making his shake. The two jabbers jaws in the back couldn't multi task. My whopper was the worst one I've had in 30 years. Burger King has really slipped. They all be gone like Kmart here before to long.
Every time we come through the drive thru we are told they’re busy with something else and are left waiting up to 10 minutes in an empty drive thru. It’s ridiculous! Take the order and then continue with whatever you were working on inside that way the kitchen can start preparing the food. Also, they’re supposed to be open at 6:00am but didn’t even have the soda machine put together at 6:30am.
The manager is inattentive and rude she was not worried that we were at the counter and when I asked he a question she walked away I will never return to ur business
Very seldom do they get an order correct. I have been sitting in the drive-through now for 45 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. It took them 22 minutes just to take the order of the girl ahead of me. They still have not delivered her food. If I was not trapped in line and they didn't already owe me free sandwiches for the order they messed up last time we were here I would have left. This will most likely be my last visit to the Burger King on Lincolnway until they make some serious changes.I decided to try it again and it's worse than before. After waiting for almost 30 minutes being the only person in the Drive-Thru and inside I got a cold burrito not made the way they were supposed to they did not give me my hash browns and my coffee was the last thing they poured. I guess I should be grateful that my coffee didn't get cold sitting on the counter. Then I found out that the Gallup the window was the manager. Great standard of service Burger King way to go
