Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I just moved out of japan, so we are not strangers to authentic Japanese cuisine and kobo has not disappointed us. that was the most authentic.
As a Japanese native I am not easily impressed with Japanese restaurants outside japans. but kōbō really woke me yesterday. not just everyone.
Celebrated here next to us the birthday of my wife. a beautiful place for a special occasion, so long.
To begin our journey, we were treated with a muse that was smoked before us. when the lid was lifted, the smell of carburized apple wood radiated and was the speckle to begin our meal. the apple smoked ankimo or mönchsleber, was overcrowded with a generous amount of Sturgeon caviar and sat on a rice crucifix with persimmon pure, yuzu geleee and an edible viola. it was so beautiful and absolutely delicious. it paired well with the carafe of kamotsuru tokusei gold, which we have ordered, which was incredibly smooth with a light nose of strawberry, banana and tropical fruits. the clear layers of light fruit elements were delivered to a clean and crisp art and wise, which does not...more
Kobo is designed for seekers unique, intimate culinary experiences that leave an inextinguish impression. the vegan menu can not completely fill out, but it is completely fulfilled. that said, I am willing to empty my man (probably) and find a friend who will lose control with me, and pamper in kobo's meat menu.
