Pasion Turca - Chetumal

Only 3 of us at the place and the plates were mixed! I thought I ordered a Gyros type of sandwich and my friend ordered tacos. I was a kebab type thing served in a kind of tortilla and she was served a dish in a severity. It was after we finished, we realized that we were given the wrong dishes and they did not match the menu description. The food wasn't very good. The AC also seemed to be broken and there were no windows or doors open, so it was like an oven. Would never go back.

Very small portions for the price you pay. Hummus was literally enough to lay a bread (charged separately and also babaganesh). Shawarma was okay. The taste is good if you want to try something else in Chetumal.

You want to try something diferent? Try this, the owner is from Istambul, so you will find a real Turkish food and a nice service from the owner. I have the kebab with real mild beef and lamb meat, the bread could be thicker.

It was my first time eating turkish food in Mexico and loved the total experience. their ceiling arabic lamps are soooooooo beautiful. I will surely go back if I pass by Chetumal again.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think our first waitress spoke Spanish... And we went early on a Saturday while it was raining so the atmosphere was quiet... However as someone who has been to turkey and eats Turkish food also in the US what they had on their menu was well cooked and I would 100% go back. Yum!
