L’abri Café Restaurant Et Bar

Food was pretty good but a bit overpriced for the proportions. The best part of the meal was the potato chip sides which were crunchy throughout. The biggest downsides to this restaurant is the price and long wait times despite it not being too busy.

What a meal! This was easily our favorite restaurant on Cape Breton. The decor was warm, cozy, and inviting. The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding... well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The steak was out of this world! I was even happy with the house wines. They were delicious and well priced. If we lived in Cheticamp, we'd definitely eat here once a week.

We ate here two nights in a row in early May because nothing else was open. With that said, I doubt there is better food in the area. With two nights and four adults we tried almost half the menu. Everything was great! I only took one photo

A stylish restaurant with exceptionally stylish appetizers and main dishes. It closed at 9 pm but make sure you make reservations in advance to secure a table. If you arrive late with no reservation, there's few other restaurants open after 8 pm.

That was really, really great! Echoing all the other 5 star reviews! Excellent food, service and ambience. Just coming in from PEI, same amazing food for much less!
