Rally's - Chestnut St, Murray

Order was wrong. I pulled back around and had them fix the sandwich. They did, no problem. After I pulled out of the lot, I noticed the other item was wrong and they gave me a diet drink instead of the cherry one I ordered.

My mom tried to order a milkshake on Saturday November 4th and was told by the cashier that the shake machine was down due to maggots inside the machine! She will never eat there again. This was her second and last visit!

I have never in my life seen such slow slow slow service. Unbelievable! There is 2 people there today working the lunch. What???

This is a drive-thru only burger place, so don't expect anything else. I tried to order a hot dog, and they had me pull over and wait about 12 minutes for it. When it finally arrived, it had clearly been microwaved, and they slathered it in ketchup and served it in a paper tray upside down. As a result, the hot dog rolled out, and ketchup went everywhere—on the bun and all over the tray. First of all, we all know it’s basically illegal to put ketchup on a hot dog! Secondly, I needed a shower after attempting to eat it because ketchup was all over the place. I've been to Raly's before in Indiana and enjoyed it, so I guess I should have just ordered something they had ready.
