Calow Fish Bar is easily the best fish and chip shop within a five-mile radius: superb quality fish and chips served by the friendliest couple around (they do magic shows too, but as a separate thing). Highly recommended indeed!

I’ve never had delivery as live local but the food always freshly cooked and is our go to place only slight thumbs down is they shut at 8. The owner always is very helpful

I was going to say you'd been lucky if they're open, in fact you'd be unlucky. If they are you wait an age even if you pre order chances are they have given them someone who's walked in and you wait forever for average chips anyway. Calow needs a decent takeaway and this isn't it!
