Jimmy John's - Chesterfield

I went in to pick up a sandwich today. They were slammed in the middle of a lunch rush, but staff were still friendly and polite. The food is always delicious.

There were 6 employees behind the counter and none of them seemed to have time to run the cash register or sandwich line. Three of them played (wrapped trash liners around another's neck, interrupted the others while making sandwiches, one called another the N word) while 3 customers waited for food and another 2 waited to have their orders taken. One customer complained about the lack of service and was meet with an argument that he should asked for help if he wanted a sandwich. That customer walked out. These kids need more supervision. I relayed the story to my in-laws and they said that is nothing new for this store. My sandwich bread was undercooked and was doughy as well.

Zero stars. Closes at 3pm daily due to staff shortage but the signs appears to have been there for months. Update your hours

Need to update business hours. That's how people know you're open... smh
