Jersey Mike's Subs - Chesterfield

All I can say is yikes..... I don't know if it's a staffing issue. But there is no customer service here. No kind greeting I almost felt like burden ordering when the shop was empty..... all the tables were sticky. Food all over the floors... really hope they can pull themselves together....

Staff was in bad mood and one of the employees yelled at a customer for mistaking another employee for a man when it was a girl. Customer immediately apologized but this rude employee just went off

The same two people that are in a picture in the below review were in the store tonight. The short white girl was in the bathroom playing loud music for a long time while there were people waiting to go to the bathroom. One customer giggled the door handle and when the employee came out of the bathroom she was yelling and cursing about the customer waiting for the bathroom. She was saying really rude disrespectful comments about the customer. Another customer in the store was looking at her in shock and the woman asked her “what are you looking at” obviously seeing there are other reviews about these employees means management doesn’t care what kind of people they hire but this employee should not be in a customer facing role and if she is so miserable of a human she needs to find another job. Since this type of service seems to be acceptable at Jersey Mikes there are plenty of other sandwich shops to go to, I certainly won’t be returning to this one or any others owned by this company.

This review is in response one right before. These 2 women in the picture were an absolute disgrace to the Jersey Mike 's franchise ?. My family loves Jersey Mike 's. We went in on a Friday evening and the 2 women (shown on the picture below) were ignoring our presence and we waited. They proceeded to take our order when I realized they had to be on drugs. Long story short It was a terrible experience and I won 't be going back to this location

Was in tonight at 8pm and there was a short white girl with tattoos on her arms yelling and saying extremely rude and disrespectful things to customers. She even yelled what are you looking at at another customer. If this is the type people you hire I will make sure I go to other sandwich shops that actually appreciate business, and don’t have employees treat customers like trash.
