Bidra med feedbackMy husband loves the food, but on the other hand I don't care too much for the fried chicken. I always command the chicken dinner.. I had her chicken dinner a few times. Sometimes it is delicious, sometimes it is very difficult to chew almost as if it cooked and left sitting in cooking oil or something all day then heated again. It wasn't good at all. Then on an occasion I got into the chicken it was **** red inside, but the outside was fully boiled and crispy. The bread/rolls, dried yams and potato salad are always delicious, but I think the food is very overpriced.. By the way, the cake OMG! NUMBERS
I love this soul food place, people are friendly, polite, and always on point. The food is delicious, the first time BBQ tries pork in my life was at Mr. B's Oh my Goodness... I love it. Thank you for this Soul Food Restaurant!! Oh, the desserts are with love...Banana pudding, chocolate cake, strawberry cake, bread pudding, lemon balm, sweet potato cake!!! Yes everything is love!
I tried to call in my order (using the number that I found on Google) but I couldn't get through to anyone when I arrived, I realized that they were two different numbers that you could call next to that everything was cooked to perfection! I just waited about 20 minutes for my walk so it was worth it.
I wanted to go in, but she didn't. The service is great. Professional and clean. Food is good and good portions. This business like some other companies that have a large black clientele tend to cover the cost of using a credit card. For this inconvenience, I am not enthusiastic about the return.
Smothered pork chop was great, but green beans seemed skillful and unseasonal. Potato pulp seemed to be immediate and not homemade. The pineapple coconut cake was amazing! The cake was very moist and the layer of icing was not too sweet. Although, I think the cake could use more icing, I have no complaints for the taste!
