Captain D's - Chester

It's been a long time since I was in chest, so I decided to go to Captain d's. I got the tilapia combo and it was great. a special scream to the cash dt for me, I really appreciate it. bermuda square has changed since the last time. shoneys, ukrops martins story, there was a bank and this is soon a small caesars. over the road is winn dixie away. I remember the friendly restaurant. Do you know how long captain d’s was on the bermuda square?

I got the catfish dinner with a baked potato, green beans and mac and cheese. The fish was very thin and the crust was hard in spots. The potato was half cooked. Green beans were just okay. Mac and cheese tasted old. Hush puppies were good. It's getting to be a hit or miss lately. I can say that the cashier was very nice.

Average greasy food. All fried fresh from frozen. Staff makes effort ,but not there forte in quick friendly service. Over priced for meal size and quality. I guess it's on last leg.

I treat Captain D's like any deep fried food place, I like to get there as soon as they open to the best fried food. Which in this visit was excellent.?

Had not tried this one nearest to my home. Not disappointed. Food was hot and tasty and portions were perfect. Ordered via the app.
