Adventure Point Pizza Pasta

Great value as a buffet all you can eat and on request they do a gluten free pizza which was so delicious. They also had refillable drinks along with pasta and salad.

Decent pizza, floor was messy and dirty and had a very unclear and rude member of staff at the front door for payments.

£13.95pp for all you can eat Pizza and Pasta. Refillable drinks, salad bar and garlic bread. Visited around 1pm and it was very busy. Tables are set basic, pile of plates and napkins in the middle. More of an in and out vibe, rather than a meal. Would be good for a quick snack but it was very busy and overwhelming during the lunch time period. Staff cleaned tables and replenished them quickly ready for the next customers which was good.

Poor customer service, food is expensive and not worth it. Buffet is a useless option as all pizza and pasta tastes the same. Will not come again.

Specifically asked is this an unlimited restaurant after queuing 45 minutes to get in. Team at the order point said yes, we ordered and they give me a children 's portion but I didn 't raise any issue because it 's 'unlimited '. Came to order more pizza and the waiter told me it 's not unlimited pizza, I try to explain the situation and it wasn 't getting through. So I asked for a replacement drink, the reply.. drinks are not unlimited. At this point I 'm just annoyed then a table behind us ordered a round of drinks and pizzas, I politely asked them if they had to pay additional for them, they laughed In my face and stated.. no, of course not it 's unlimited . It 's just poor customer service and obviously very frustrating. I would not recommend until there staff understand how the restaurant works. Update came again a year later, guess what, now it 's not unlimited pizza.. even though there signs still tell you it is and the price is the same even though it 's not all you can eat.. £15 for a 10inch pizza that is not even average standard. This place is terrible.
