What a great day ! Carington Grill was lovely, our server Ethan was very attentive , we didn’t have to ask for a thing, he made our spa day experience even better! Credit to Mottram hall for employing this lovely young man! Thank you again Ethan!

Absolutely delicious food with a good vegan menu. We were served by Ethan who was ever so friendly and attentive! He really made the weekend for us as he was so friendly and chatty!

Incredible service from Ethan! The food was great too! A fantastic night all round! Soufflé superb! Goats cheese beautiful! Chicken Ceaser a bit meh. Red wine Ragu perfect! Beef Burger delicious!! But the ice cream platter was a superb end!!!

Excellent restaurant, Food a credit to the Chef, dined here three nights and consistently quality of food and service. Everyone pleasant and helpful, dinner or breakfast but a mention must go to Ethan for his friendly personality in a professional friendly manner. Just been here with my gf and was spot on. Service was excellent everyone had a smile on their face, beef ragu was unreal so generous on the beef. My gf had the burger which was very flavorsome. Dessert we had the sticky toffee which was also unreal. Left with our belly’s full and a smile on our face. 1 slight room for improvement is the coke is 3.50 and it is literally a 200ml glass which is gone in no time so the price for this I would expect a bigger size.
