Wimpy - Cherwell

The food at this restaurant was absolutely awful. I strongly advise against going here - you have been warned! The customer service was terrible as well; the staff seemed completely clueless. Overall, a truly unpleasant experience.

We went to this restaurant for dinner after visiting the Christmas light trail. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. We also sometimes get breakfast delivered from here, and it's always hot when it arrives.

I recently revisited Wimpy after approximately 30 years and it was a nostalgic experience! I stopped by with my children for breakfast and was impressed with the delicious and fresh food, excellent service, and affordable prices. I will definitely be coming back again!

Try to visit every now and then when you want a bit of nostalgia and a good burger, it’s quite out the way for us so don’t come that often. This is the the one burger chain where the food arrives and actually looks like the pictures ! We like the Bicester branch, always love our food, great service, generous portions of food and the staff are friendly and prompt just wish they had one where we live.

I have not been to a Wimpy for around 20 years and we were in the area so decided to eat there with the kids. Was very impressed! Service was great staff were so welcoming to us, food prepared fast and served piping hot. Sweets at end for the kids. Tables and restaurants impeccably clean including loos. Food was delicious and good portion size good value for money. Need to go back to try more! Fast food restaurant but gourmet restaurant service. We will be back again, brilliant experience!
