Thyme Grill - Cherwell

Service was great. Food was tasty and prepared with care. I have eaten in other Premier Inn restaurants and the preparation and care taken by the chef makes a big difference. Same goes for the staff waiting on the tables. They were great in Banbury.

Great Service, Olivia explained the menu supplements to us We we’re on a meal deal at the Premier Inn). She took our order promptly and correctly. She checked we were OK a few times during our meal, , got drinks for us. A polite and hardworking member of staff.

Just went here for a meeting , not much atmosphere an seating not too impressive , adequate coffee and service not outstanding but just about OK

Delicious pizza and desserts to die for. Try their cinnamon churros with caramel dip. Side dishes are excellent Greek salad and their sweet potato chips make a very filling snack if you don’t want a full meal

Booked in to Premier Inn for work in the area, finished a long shift, only to find restaurant stop serving food at 9:30pm on a Saturday night with the excuse that it was busy although empty tables, absolutely disgusting that staff could not be bothered to serve, thanks to that had to go without dinner as on a meal deal. Miller Carter Steakhouse over the road who provide a better service!
