Qdoba Mexican Eats - Cherry Hill

Absolutely fantastic food! I went there for lunch with my wife and was impressed by the variety on the menu. There were no crowds, which made for a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I went in to order a burrito, and the woman preparing it gave me a hard time when I requested extra rice, saying it would be "too hard to roll." After that, she hurried me through my order, and I felt like she was unhappy about my request. I've been to this location before and never had an experience like this, so I likely won't be coming back. From now on, I'll be going to Pancheros instead.

I won't be dining here; the place is absolutely filthy. I'm not just talking about a bit of lunchtime clutter—there's old dirt everywhere. I was hoping for some good Mexican food, not this unsanitary environment. It's really unappetizing. If the front of the house looks like this, I can only imagine how the kitchen is. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and a new manager.

The service was fantastic, even though the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with many workers calling in sick this Saturday. They did an impressive job managing a large number of online orders while dealing with a line of customers behind us. They deserve a lot of recognition for their efforts! I hope the owners appreciate their hard work and consider giving them a raise, as well as having backup ready for the next busy day!

I recently had an event catered by this restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we had such a generous quantity that no one felt the need to hold back on servings. Many of our guests had never tried Qdoba before, but I think we've won over some new fans. There was a slight hiccup the day before the event—because I don’t typically make large fast-food purchases, my credit card company flagged it as potential fraud. However, everyone in the store and at customer service was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue and provided reassurance from the very beginning.
