Brambles - Chelmsford

The restaurant offers delicious British cuisine at an affordable price. The service is outstanding. I dined with two young children and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this restaurant.

At the first sight brambles looks a small old school. the restaurant is often busy, a little dated regarding decor and design, and all they will see is a sea of white haired customers. they look a little harder, and they know that it is because not many. the people know about this jewel and when they do, they stay with it. the portions are huge. the service is super friendly. the menu is diverse and everything appears homemade before location, but it must be said it concentrates more on hot dinners and has less options when they eat after a light bite to lunch. the prices are very reasonable for what they get. if they are good after a great meal for lunch, it saves them cooking later, right? they can not go far wrong with a visit in brambles.

Went here for breakfast with my wife. The breakfast was a reasonable size and quite good but the reason that I have rated the restaurant as very good is down to the very welcoming staff. It was first thing and yet they were very chirpy...and seemed very happy in their work. Well done ladies and I look forward to my next visit.

Large selection of fresh warm home cooked food, staff very helpful and perlite my third time to eat here and I give it 10/10 they will not be disappointed
